This Report is a Report about nothing, just the same as a Seinfeld TV episode. It does promote globalization, corporatism, imperialism, propaganda and perpetual war. It is all about maintaining the Status Quo.
This is a common trend, government reports that are about nothing. The SSCI Report about the Christmas Day Bombing actually said nothing about the Christmas Day Bombing or Flight 253.
