Garrett Ziegler focuses most of his response to Hunter Biden's hacking lawsuit arguing that using a password to access the encrypted iPhone backup included on the hard drive he got from a Rudy Giuliani associate is not hacking. He doesn't address whether he hacked any of Hunter's cloud content.

In her statement after an enormous jury verdict yesterday, Shaye Moss described the stakes: "We hope no one ever has to fight so hard just to get your name back." Yet the heroism of that fight: of two Black women, Ruby Freeman and Moss, refusing to be bullied, wasn't the focus of the coverage.
